See the exterior of the Mausoleum, view Ho Chi Minh's stilt houses, and visit the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. (Note: Mausoleum interior viewing is closed Mon/Fri & annually mid-June to mid-August; modest dress covering shoulders/knees required for complex entry).
Continue to the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the country's 54 ethnic groups (Visit Women Museum instead if your tour is on a Monday).
Lunch (~12:45 PM): Savor a delightful Vietnamese lunch with 8 local dishes at a designated restaurant.
Afternoon (~2:00 PM): Visit the Temple of Literature, a peaceful oasis and site of Vietnam’s first university. Proceed to the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, known historically as the "Hanoi Hilton," for a look into its past use during French colonial times and the Vietnam War.
End Tour (~4:15 PM - 4:30 PM): The tour concludes as your guide returns you to your hotel.
