You'll be transferred directly to your hotel in the city center (approx. 45-60 minute drive). Please note the standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. (Pick up approx. 7:45 AM) Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel (or meeting point) for a city tour. Drive along the famous Dong Khoi street, passing the historic Opera House, City Hall (People's Committee Building), the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office. Visit the significant Independence Palace (Reunification Palace). Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, travel approximately 70km northwest to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Learn about the incredible resilience and ingenuity required to build and live in this vast underground network during wartime through an introductory video and exploration of the site. See reconstructed living areas, kitchens, and command centers, along with defensive trap doors. Afterwards, return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.

Your Mekong Delta adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and a comfortable drive to Cai Be. Upon arrival, board a boat to visit the site of Cai Be's once-famous wholesale floating market on the Tien River, learning how modern life has changed traditional trading habits. Discover the richness of the region, often called the "fruit basket" of the lower Mekong.
Disembark to explore charming small villages on foot. Visit a beautiful ancient house, offering insights into indigenous culture. Stop at a local family business to see how coconut fudge and crispy rice popcorn are made. Relax and savor delicious fresh fruits while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music (Đàn Ca Tài Tử), a cherished art form deeply connected to delta life.
Experience the tranquility of the waterways firsthand as you paddle a smaller boat through narrow canals, soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Arrive on Tan Phong Island and immerse yourself in nature. Your destination is the vibrant Cai Rang Floating Market – the largest and most impressive floating market in the region. Witness the bustling spectacle of hundreds of boats laden with fruits, vegetables, and local goods, creating a colourful and lively trading scene on the water.
After the market, take a walking tour of a local factory to see how Vietnamese noodles are traditionally made. Visit the striking Munir Ansay Pagoda, a Khmer temple renowned for its unique architecture. Continue by boat to the Con Son tourist area, where you'll visit a fruit plantation and taste delicious seasonal fruits fresh from the trees.
Enjoy lunch before beginning the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving back in the late afternoon or early evening.
